Another year has come and gone without much change You said it would be different but it stayed the same How could you be so ignorant to those who care? But they will wait while you’re elsewhere Some say it is a problem, some say it’s not But you continue to live on without much thought You’ve been asked before, but you don’t care Cause they will wait while you’re elsewhere This resolution might be hard to do But we will ask you anyway Consider this my wish, to leave this all behind us ‘Cause the numbest skin comes back to you ‘Till you change what you don’t want to Consider this my wish, to leave this all behind us Will you resolve this large issue? Is it too much to ask of you? Change is what we need to flourish and to grow Just let your faults be washed out with the undertow If you remain so ignorant to those who care They might not wait while you’re elsewhere Rid yourself of all this useless baggage now Fight so you can pick yourself up off the ground Do yourself a favour and begin to care Then we’ll wait, even if you’re elsewhere This resolution might be hard to do But we will still ask this favour from you There might be ups and downs along the way But we will ask you anyway

There is a reason, that some believe in They really think that they always need to use them It gets inside and, you can’t deny it They work well but can you justify it? But when it’s time to grind you know you’re not alone Cause all the others are the same and they’re not gonna atone They’ll be the first to say that they aren’t all like you Enjoy the race, but if you wanna win, you know what to do Some will take the path, where they’re told to go And others take the road, where morals are not gold I know that some might realize That it’s not all about the prize But there are those for which they know There never will be compromise So when your time is all but done And when your medals are all gone Will you regret the choices made, Or will your legend still live on? Ask some young player, they’ll reply never But that can change if they crumble under pressure Cause as we grow old, we aren’t quite sold In the ways that we train and how we are told But then you find there is a faster, better way Cause all the others do the same, and make improvements each day How can you let them get that extra edge on you? Enjoy the game, but if you wanna win, you know what to do

Yesterday’s come and gone, time flies so viciously Don’t try to dwell on it, cause that won’t change a thing Tomorrow’s on it’s way, and it can’t come too fast Till it’s a yesterday, thoughts linger with the past No need for explanation Just sprint to the finish line There is this expectation Things will sort out easily with time The past is nothing but a ghost The future is filled with hope Don’t waste your only precious life Stop rushing, just take your time There is this big picture that seems invisible At its extremities, but not in the middle It’s always now, now now, paired with “I wish I had” So why not take it slow? The past won’t seem so bad Time will not change Just take your time Stop searching for the answers in thoughts of past Start acting in the now or you’ll finish last Don’t think too far ahead or you’ll be lost in the crowd

Work isn’t quite the same Status doesn’t change I’m working but I’m going nowhere Time isn’t on my side losing faith I’ve tried turning things around So I’ve gone and found Something that works and is quite appealing to me As I’m moving on, there isn’t any waste If I take this test Will I pass all the rest? Show the way, as the water rises I am sinking Give me what I need Break the bounds, and lift me up a status higher Let me take the lead Some say it isn’t right, they put up a fight They don’t really know how this works Why can’t they keep their eyes to themselves? When did they start to care? They don’t know Their morals, and ethics and ignorance can be quite bliss I don’t wanna run, will this ever end? If I take this test Sill I pass all the rest? Will this be my downfall? Will I crumble? Can it really last? Is this risk OK, Or am I playing with a bluffing hand?

Daydream 03:55
Sitting, thinking looking round Mind is racing, it starts to drown Thoughts of people come to mind Then there’s reason she’ll be mine Cause I start dreaming of things to be What could happen if she picked me? But then the world stops Now I have awoken And I come to terms That it’s on me Everybody always wants a little more Than what they’re used to But then there comes a time you know You’ve got to think it through All this is my imagination It could all be wrong I’m looking somewhere else but she Has been here all along Can’t decide what’s best to do All this searching can’t come true Cause I keep dreaming of things to be Shouldn’t this be up to me? Give it time and, think it over Have I really fallen for her? It’s real simple [I know, I know] It’s real simple [I know, I know] Sitting, thinking peacefully Mind’s at ease now, cause she’s by me

Another day goes by I keep my same disguise Although you try to hide your gaze I see those eyes Let’s pretend it’s all a game And break the rules for just one day That’s the cue I’m looking for What we wanted, so Find some time and let’s meet up in the back room God you look so fine, it makes me wanna kiss you My ego says it’s right, but I know it’s so wrong Let’s have one good night, only one good night You might not be the one I was looking for At this point, I don’t care, let’s just lock the door Though this needs to stop, why don’t I just let you? Let’s have one good night, only one good night The way you talk to me The way that I tease you We know it’s gonna go someplace we both want to Let’s pretend it’s all a game And break the rules for just one day Let’s give up on mixing what we want With what we need so It may not be perfect Do I really care? Youth won’t last forever So I’m here

Second chances, I still made the same mistakes Four years later and I still don’t know what it’ll take We’ve gone around and I thought I could read your face But now I know that we’re going our separate ways Will that night be the end of all we had? Cause every time I go back we fall again Will I feel the same as we drift away? Will you ever know what I’m trying to say to you? Will I feel the same as we drift away? Cause I just wanna tell you so many things right now That way I saw you the night that it all had changed The lasting feelings were sublime and still unphased Now that’s the past but I still hang on with some hope That you’ll see clearly and give us a different road I’ve been thinking the worst of this again Now everything points to this being the end

I’m happy to be here Good things have happened year by year It’s now a sacred place to me, in my heart As I walk through these doors And pass through corridors Imagining that this is the first time that I’ve been here The memories I’ve had The times spent good and bad It feels like yesterday that I was right back in first year We’ve gotten so much smarter and we’ve done some things quite dumb But that’s the point and I can’t say I haven’t had much fun We’ve travelled cross the country and we’ve travelled cross the town And since I’ve been a part of this my life’s turned up side down Up side down Won’t turn around Up side down We all move on each year And celebrate with cheers To know that we would just be seeing everyone again But now my time has come It seems that it’s all done I don’t know how I’ll face the time when I have got to leave The people that I’ve met have gone ahead and changed my life I’m at the point that I can’t live without them day and night This culture that we’ve built up hasn’t ever been this strong And I’m not sure I’m ready to say goodbye and move on Can’t move on I’ll move on At this point on from the start This time is stamped on my heart And I am so proud to be considered a warrior At this point on from the start This time is stamped on my heart And every time I’ll look back To smile, it won’t be that hard We’ve had fair our share of fun And though for now it is done We’ll see each other again We will forever be friends The people that I’ve met have gone ahead and changed my life I’m at the point that I can’t live without them day and night This culture that we’ve built up won’t ever be matched again Although it’s sad for now, we’ll see each other again All my friends I’ll see you then I’ll see you then I’ll see you again
